2. Services Offered

3. User Vetting and Eligibility

  • We reserve the right to vet users before agreeing to provide services. Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion.
  • We may choose not to continue working with a user at any time.
  • Our services are available to individuals who are legally capable of entering into contracts under Swiss law.
  • If the user is under 18, they must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking and is processed via credit card.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they book the correct number of meetings included in their plan.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment for online meetings.
  • Users must be honest in booking the correct number of meetings according to their selected plan.
  • Misuse of our booking system may result in the suspension of services.

7. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
  • If a class is canceled by us, users will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side that prevent class participation.
  • Our liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for the affected class or plan.
